You can sign up for regular monthly recurring payments via ACH (Automatic Electronic Payment - 100% FREE). Or pay by Credit Card (MC or Visa) online or over the phone for a nominal service fee.

*To ensure your payment is credited to the correct account or if you are paying rent for someone else, make sure you provide (1) their complete name and (2) their address and apartment number where they reside. Also, if you are a new applicant putting down a deposit for one of our apartments be sure to indicate the address you are applying for.
