At Trike, we make it convienent to pay rent with two of our easy to use payment methods. You can sign up now for recurring payments or pay one month of rent by credit card or eCheck.

Automatic Monthly Recurring ACH Payments

• Never forget rent again! Your rent will be automatically debited from your checking or savings account FREE of charge!

• This service is 100% FREE! We do not charge any transaction fees for recurring monthly ACH Debits from your checking or savings account.

• To authorize rent to be deducted from your checking account on a regular basis automatically every month FREE of charge, you will need to fill out the ACH Debit Authorization Form.

• You will also have to provide us with a voided check if you want it deducted from your checking account. Then Fax or Email both to: Trike Property Management at 414-332-5511 or maskotzky@trikepm.com attention Accounts Receivable.

One Time Credit Card and eCheck Payments

• One time rent payment authorization
• Pay by Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) or eCheck
• Only 3% service charge per transaction!
